How to obtain a Fire Cape at the Tzhaar Fight-Pits

Recommened equipment:
  
This is what B L A Z E used, but not everyone has 3rd Age Armour nor Zamorak d'hide. Therefore, just use the highest d'hide (black d'hide recommended) possible for your Ranged level and an Archer Helmet.
The following image shows the recommened items you will need in your inventory:
Recommened Skill requirements:
70 Ranged
43+ Prayer (52 if possible)
Co-ordinates:
Teleport to the Fight-Pits Mini-Game - using your Spellbook, search for the Games Teleport and choose Fight-Pits Minigame, and then run East via the path provided. You should see a cave (facing south). Once you enter, on your left there ill be a rocked shaped like a boot.
Go around the rock and place yourself like so:
The arrows on the above picture (in the mini-map) show where all the Tzhaar Monsters dawdle/attack you from. The far left arrow is where you will be attacked, but thats what Prayer is used for. Just say you camp that spot for the whole time and you shouldn't have any trouble. The esitimated time to obtain the Fire Cape is roughly 2-3 hours.
Tip #1:
You can log out and back in to re-obtain Hitpoints!
Tip #2:
DO NOT leave the Cave or die, where it will only make you restart the whole mini-game.
