Quest Requirements:

Level 40 Cooking.

Level 50 Thieving.

Level 25 Firemaking.

Be able to kill a level 100 Dagganoth Mother
 
Be able to kill a level 130 Gelatinnoth Mother
 
To begin this quest, speak to the Cook in located in the Lumbridge Castle (level 1):
 

 
He will tell you to go to Redbeard Frank who is in Port Sarim. Port Sarim is located South-East of Falador.
 
"Another way to travel to Port Sarim is to use either the Edgeville or Lumbridge portal by teleporting to Draynor Village and once you're at Draynor Bank run West from the Draynor Bank towards Port Sarim"

Redbeard Frank will tell you to talk to Bailey near McGrubbor's Woods for more information.

 
The first thing you will need to do to get to Bailey is teleport to Camelot from the normal spellbook. The map below illustrates the path to Bailey from camelot, with the square being the point your teleport and X being Bailey's location.

 
Bailey will give you a Raw Cod. You must return it to Redbeard Frank in Port Sarim (leave the Raw Cod Raw!). Redbeard Frank will then tell you to cook the Raw Cod and return it to the Cook in Lumbridge to inform him.
 
You must have level 20 cooking in order to do this.

If you do not know how to gain cooking levels, here is a brief explanation.

You must buy a Fishing Net from the Catherby Fishing Store. (Gaze at the Map above). You must catch Shrimps at the two fishing spots that are South the Fishing Store. The only way to earn experience for Cooking, is to cook them on the cooking range that is right next to the Catherby Bank shown $ in the above picture. Do this until you have level 20 in Cooking.

Once you have 20 Cooking, cook the Raw Cod on the range where you acquired 20 cooking (i.e the range described above).

Finally bring the Cooked Cod back to the Cook in Lumbridge. Welldone! You have finished Part One of the Quest!
