1-20
You have many different techniques to train prayer at level 1, you can go and kill Dagganoths for free prayer experience along with anything that drops bones by doing "bury bone" for players with more money, you can go to Varrock and buy dragon bones, you can then choose 2 options; you can use the bones on an alter and receive a lot of experience, it is about 10 bones to 20.

20-60
At level 20 you can use all prayers up to rapid restore at level 19, this would have took barely 20 seconds, and keep repeating the steps in levels 1-20 and just do many inventories. You can choose to use any of to alters "see alters for more details"

60-90
At level 60 you can do most the prayers, including all the protects & chivalry; you are quite experienced in the skill and you know the basics of power praying as everyone likes to call it. Just keep doing the training method you are using if you are contented with it.

90-99
At level 90 prayer, you can use all the prayers possible and are knowledgeably good at sorting out your supply for bones... You may decide which source to train with and it will you be quite satisfied with your method. The only thing now is patience, it usually takes 2 to 3 inventories of Dragon bones using an alter or 7 inventories of bones using "bury bones" to level.
