To start Part 3 of this quest you will need level 25 Firemaking.
To start part 3 of this quest, speak to the Cook. He wants you to go underwater and directs you to go speak to Redbeard Frank.
Before you go speak to him go to Thessalia. She is with the rest of the shopkeepers in Edgeville. Buy from her, a fishbowl helmet and diving apparatus. Make sure you are not wearing these items, yet they are in your inventory.
Next, stock up on food, potions and whatever else you think you need to take the Dagganoth mother. Since she is a fairly hard boss leave some inventory space because you will need to pick up the pirate hook that she drops.
Now head to Redbeard Frank
and he will ask you to get a fishbowl helmet (regardless of whether you
have one on you or not.) If you bought it with you, just speak to him
again and you will be teleported underwater. The dagganoth mother should not be too hard to find.
Once you have killed the dagg mother, take the Pirate Hook and Teleport to Falador. Bring the hook back to Redbeard Frank in Port Sarim. He will give you a piece of chocolate cake(Do not eat it). Congratulations, you have finished part 3 of the quest. One more part remains.
